[Closed] One day in Zermatt - any route recommendations?

As per the title really, I'm going to Zermatt for a long weekend and will be able to spend a day on the bike. I've found the official routes here:

Some of them look and sound interesting, especially as there are alternative descent routes in some cases.

I'm just concerned that they will be the typical (in my experience) official Swiss routes that keep to smooth fireroads or even tarmac roads as much as possible.

I'm happy to pedal uphill but would like some singletrack reward for my efforts.. 🙂
