Do I need the top clamp top swing?
Or would a bottom clamp top swing fit ?

dont think it will make any difference. there are no bottle mounts on mine, so that doesnt foul anything.
i dont think the "fatter" bit of the seat tube, nearer the top, comes low enough to affect a top clamp.
my slot dropout inbred is bottom pull only though!
had to shuffle mech off my trance due to that :s

i used a 'conventional' one on mine rather than the top swing one, although saying that as long as it mech is top pull or dual pull then any of them should work
depends on frame (might help to mention that!)
I need a conventional type on my 16" carbon 456 as the seat tube flares out too much for a low clamp one. Steel ones would be fine with either and then it depends on bottle mount position.
