I'm fairly confused what to get.

The outer ring says 52b and I can't tell what the inner says.

They are stock rings if that helps.

Not sure what 110 or 130 means.

I've seen others recommend spa cycles, if anyone could recommend some specific parts that would be super helpful thanks.

Take it to a local bike shop if you have one.

The B means it's paired with a 39T inner ring. A type rings are matched with a 42T inner ring. Yours will be 5 arm 130mm BCD. It looks like genuine rings are rocking horse these days but St John Street should have Stronglight or something to fit.

Thanks, that's super helpful. Think I can work it out from here.

Ribble also do the Stronglight rings. The 'Dural' ones are cheap, and they also do 'Zircal' ones that are more expensive, but have a much better 'finish'. I have Durals on one bike (Shimano 600 cranks) and Zircal on the posh one (Dura Ace 7400)

They will match quite nicely with the 6500.
