After much faffing around and selling off my full susser, I have finally taken delivery of my finished Cotic Bfe. Parts bin special of mostly my old bits, but a new set of brakes and 1 x drive train.

Orange frame, decent brakes, wheels and fork.

Have got a sore throat and have not got the energy to go out this evening for a ride, but is it wrong if I take it to bed with me?

Pics please (compulsory STW "New Bike" thread requirement).

Planning to go hardtail again myself. Reckoning a modern, slack 29er with boost and 2.6" tyres will top trump my current FS'er.

Will try and post a picture; I am so out of date had sort of forgotten Picasa is no longer and don't have any way to host photos online. Will try and have a look.

Feeling rough as sin so can't get out, really frustrating.

I was struggling to put a picture on a couple of weeks ago and someone recommended this. Even I managed it so it must be easy!

Your new bike looks buoyant, handy in those damp conditions

Your lawn needs attention and your path needs a sweep.

What's that lawn ornament behind the lovely bike?

Haha - I appreciate the comedy garden comments. My local riding spot near Devils’s Punch Bowl.

That's got to bring a smile to your face! Looks like a compete hooligan!

What was she like on her maiden ride?

Poop scoop - feels confident on downhills and I like the feeling of climbing on a hardtail again.

Pete, I read that on the Cotic site when I was building it up, but my layback post was what was knocking around. Saving for a long dropper post.
