I'm not dirty or anything, but my helmet reeks from all the sweat it's soaked up.
It's a Fox Rampage, with what feels like suede inserts. Is there a good way to stop them stinking?
Or can I get replacement pads somewhere? Couldn't find any.

motorbike shop, => hemet sanitiser spray. foams up and cleans the head odour out.
my helmet smells like that if i don't wash properly.
This is going to sound weird....
....take a bath with it.
You'll be so disgusted at the colour it turns the water you may need to run a fresh one for yourself.
Wash it.
Big bucket with shampoo rather than soap in it. make sure you rinse really thoroughly or it will end up smelling even worse.
As above, wash it. If it's a removable liner it's easier, but you can still wash it otherwise.
Make sure it's rinsed of soap properly and make sure it dries out well before you put it away again, else it'll smell like a damp fox.
