It's not proper muddy as per women's race, but muddy enough to be entertaining and some light rain.

Be interesting to see if the 2 superstars of road can get to the front.

Pidcock made it to the front recently, but crashed near the end and ended up 2nd.

I love the Dutch and Belgian 'almost' command of English, they can understand and speak well but haven't totally sussed the right place to use colloquialisms; "If you're third or fourth wheel you're already screwed" on international TV

A year or so back, don't know who but "I was in a good position and then I ****ed up the descent"

Hotting up at the front. I watch Pidcock and he always looks composed. VdP looks like he's working harder, but clearly he's happy even though it looks hard

Looking forward to WvA’s comeback because he’s probably the only rider more powerful that VdP. Even before Pidcock’s wheel failure, he was 5-6 seconds slower per lap.
