My e conversion shopper will gently be ridden down 6 steps whenever I ride it.
Currently using a 28 spoke wheel and tubes. I hate tubes.
In my loft I have a lovely tubeless wheel but with only 24 spokes. It will have a 2.0 tyre.
Worth a go or am I just going to be breaking spokes?

Might be a heavy bike but when you add in the weight of a typical rider you are getting on towards 100kg total so the weight of the bike itself is not considerable.

So can't see it being an issue unless you load up a rear rack with two weeks of shopping which is dead weight that you can't finess over kerbs and down steps

I’m nearly 90kg and had a 24 spoke wheel I disliked on an enduro bike cos it was so flexy. Thing is, that flex seemed to also make it strong and resistant to damage so I never killed it and had an excuse to replace it!

So it might be ok.
