I have removed a pair of Elixir CR brakes from my bike to be replaced by Shimano XT. The shifters currently attach to the brake lever body via matchmakers. Obviously once the Avid levers are removed I won't be able to attach the shifters. Checked eBay for SRAM clamp and they are 20 quid each - complete rip off. Are there any alternatives or does anyone have any? I have a few sets of matchmakers that I could swap.
