Been looking at the above and it seems some I have seen (2006) model have 100mm forks and the newer ones are 140mm.
Does anyone know if the frames are the same, same head angle ect, or what year they changed.

I think '05 was the first to have longer 130mm forks. I had an '06 with 130mm Vans on it.

I bought one in early 2007 with Fox 32 140 mm; I believe the previous year had 130's. Still my main bike if that counts as a recommendation.

2004 model has RS duke forks
2005 onwards 130-140 vanillas

Totally OT, but this thread prompted me to visit the Marin site. It's appalling. I know the s****iness of the website isn't the point but it looks really cheap and amateurish.
