Anyone seen any reviews on these forks? At a good price at CRC and Biketart
or opinions from anyone that has them
Hi Rootes,
I don;t have the 2010s, but I do have the 2009 120mm ones and rather like them so far. (only 4 rides however!).
If you have a look over here there's a decent debate on the 2010 version:

Hope this helps a wee bit.

Hi Kev,
ok will look you those links

seems to be very mixed views on minutes... though the price looks attractive
both my sets of 09 minutes are perfect
Probably going to get a set of the 120mm travel 20mm axle ones in the near future. As the 29er Reba with a Maxle is not being imported at the moment there's not a great deal of choice tbh.
just ordered a set of 80mm from Biketart just waiting for them to come now to try out
I looked at these but ended up buying the new Suntour Epicon 15mm Bolt Thru 29ers for £180 (saved £20 with the CRC 10% thingy).
Fitted last night and seem very good (and light) for the money. I have 80mm Reba SL and 120mm Thru Axle Teams on my other 29ers but people now want £400 ish for the basic SL's and i wasn't prepared to pay that for my SS bike.
I can't get past the reverse arch design on Manitou and it's always put me off buying one. As people have said though, if you want a 20mm bolt thru 29er fork it's about the only choice you have at the moment.
yer those suntours look ok
could get a fox, via a mate in the states, but really i'm saving up to buy a full sus next year instead of spending lots of cash on the swift..
hopefully a Giant Anthem 29er

I likes em.
i ordered the mans from biketart, just waiting for the distributor to get some manitou in stock so they can post me some!
well cancelled my order as the importer keeps putting the deliver date back... it is always in two weeks time ;-(
