I'm currently in the process of converting my lumicycle can to led's, but don't know which of the wires from the power socket is the positive and which is the negative, in order to connect them to the positive and negative points on the driver. I'm using a normal lumicycle NiMH battery. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Lumicycle stuff is wired centre pin NEGATIVE

Sorry, another question. Trout, on the led and heat sink you sent me there's a black and a brown wire. Does it matter which one I connect to the positive and which to the negative connections on the driver?
