how bad does it get during the rainy months? I assume most of the lines are well drained due to the hill/gravity?

It gets muddy, especially towards the lower side. Still ride able though.
I'm a maybe. Don't fancy the rain really so will see how that goes. Ian, I'll text you if I'm not coming, should be there for beer either way.
Is it lights all ride now?
