Anyone seen any good deals on the new GoPro around? Looking for a new camera for our up and coming snowboarding holidays and riding.
I know US is cheapest, but not many that will ship to UK that i've found.

Be aware there is a focus issue on the 3+ that seems somewhat widespread, but GoPro are replacing/fixing cameras as they claim it should be sharp all through the focal range.
I'd recommend a UK seller who you can contact in case you need to warranty.

Thanks gravity-slave, any idea on the turn around time for replacement? is it with GoPro or the shop?
if it doesnt have to be the 3+ then sportpursuit are knocking out the three for a great price and its still a really good camera.
I looked into it a couple of weeks ago and ebay was the cheapest (by about £50). They were presumably US stock sold via a UK shop however from what i read the serial number stickers has been removed so didnt fancy taking a chance incase of warranty issues.
I contacted GoPro direct, who asked for receipt, serial number and details. They sent a firmare update and asked for sample images, which I sent and they agreed it was duff. I still have my HD 2, so did side by side, showing the 3+ was worse - mushy and out of focus.
The RMA asked me to send to Netherlands, so my shop took it back and send to Madison. It was only sent yesterday. Hopefully it'll be quick as I also use it on the family and the little boy took his first steps last night!
Shop have been great so far, pretty sure Madison will be too.

Madison where complete shite for me. When my Hero 1 died ended up sending it to Gopro in the USA even though it was bought direct from Amazon UK.
Tossers wanted me to mess about sending it back to Amazon
Just bought a 3+ Silver through Quidco/CRC when CRC had 10% off.
So it ended up around £247, full UK warranty etc.
I had a HD2 when first released which was faulty. Madison swapped for a brand new one very quickly. I never learn though - I won't be beta testing the next GoPro!
