Anybody who has cycled up from Clevelys to Fleetwood, crossed the Wyre on the foot ferry to Knott End and meandered back through the lanes will be concerned to read that Lancashire County Council are considering closing the ferry.

Based on a quick Google.

Seems that unless folk are prepared to spend a lot more than the £1.00-1.50 fare that it'll go.
