Do you stop, or is that what the 7m minimum gap is for?
(I'm talking punters here, aiming for 300miles ish)

If you are only aiming at 300 miles, you'll probably be stopping to take on food/drink/lights anyway. Have a piss then too.

Just stop. I think I stopped 7 times on a 12 hour and still managed 280 miles. Slightly over hydrated!!
A 100 mile TT I just pee as I ride.
