Looking at getting a stand http://www.merlincycles.co.uk/Bike+Shop/Workshop++Tools/Workshop/Workstands/Bike+Tools+Workstand_BIKE-TOOLS-WORKSTAND-MASTER.htm
Or are there better ones out there for the same price?

My mate got the MBR offer for that stand, tool kit and Fenwicks set for £80 and said the stand seems pretty sturdy.

Same as the one I bought from Edinburgh Bicycle Co-op for £60 (I think) when it was on special offer.
Pretty sturdy and easy to store out of the way.

I got the same stand last year from Argos clearance on ebay. It was £25 posted, wish i had bought 10 of them.

I would rate the quality 5/10. A few of the parts have slightley rusted a year later. Most of the rubber parts kept falling off, so I glude them on.

A year later it's still working, but when I need a new one I will get one of these

I like Park, but the best for value and in use is the one from Decathlon. It really is an excellent buy for £50.

I had a mail form Merlin this am discounting the Minoura 3100 to £90. I had the predesessor, the 300, for 10 years and it was great - just replaced with a Park PCS 10 this month

I think this is the Bikehand stand which is same as EBC one as said above. Got one recently, couldn't recommend high enough for the price. Sturdy and well made, will do a good job for you.

I've got the Edinburgh version. Its spot on. Yes its not as solid as the parks, but its a few years old now and nothing fallen off, its been safe to work on and does the job. Folds down quite small too

I got one of these a few weeks ago.

Really pleased with it and much better than the defective park tools one I sent back

@ £75 I reckon this is a bargain

I have the Pro Elite
if the clamp is the same on this one [it looks like it] you can't go wrong
