Like the posting says, can this be done? I have a pair of Saint calipers with ratty old levers which need replaced. Is it possible to use the current generation XTR or Saint brake levers with them?

Sorry, I should have said that the calipers are the first generation 800's.

Yes, just use new narrow bore SM-BH90 hoses.
