Is a 160 to 180 adapter the same as a 180 to 200

As above really, are they both 20mm adapters and exactly the same?

If its for Hope, make sure its compatible with fork/brake as some aren't. Fox 40 etc.

Yeah, and the washer that comes with it can be used to space out to 203mm as well, as I've just found out!
