I know of rides in Scotland where you head off in to the wilderness. End up at a bothy somewhere after a days riding. Then ride back the next day. Is there an equivalent thing you can do in England? Looking for properly remote (e.g. Don't want to ride a whole day and find a bunch of people have driven directly there). Amazing scenery a must. Maybe end up in a mountain hut or camping on a beach or something. Any ideas?
