Just changed my Lyriks air shaft from 160mm to 170mm, followed the RS service manual but now I have approx 10mm of sag under the bikes own weight then once that's taken up everything feels normal.
Have I done something obvious along the lines of not installing the lowers with fork compressed - could this be the problem?

Blocked transfer port with grease. Take it apart, use less grease.
I may have done the same with my Pikes last week...
