Hi, anyone out there doing iDave diet. Just started and lost 7lb in first week. Any tips on the best way to keep it going long term?
i hae been doing it since march 1st last year.
massive weight loss, but dont wanna say how much, cos it bores some folk on here.
keep to it
make sure you have a day off
eggs are awesome
to burn fat you need to eat fat
do not eat anything that is made from a huge list off ingrediants, unless they are fresh ones you gathered/chopped/cooked yourself.
First post? I call troll.
butter beans, peppers, onion, chilli & chorizo fried off in a pan, fillet of river cobbler on top for a few minutes each side. green beans on the side. lush!!
apparently the chip butty diet's more 2013

*bemoans lack of effort*

How do I get a copy of the diet?
Look into a mirror, and say [s]candyman[/s] iDave 3 times.
Didn't work! Is he on holiday?
Anyone got an iDiet sheet they can lend me..?
If anyone has a copy and wouldn't mind sending it me that would be great.
Thanks

not sure if it works (edit: the link! not the diet - I've been on it and saw positive results)
4 hour body is a bit tedious but interesting, and i believe idave provided a little advice to the author. Read it with a pinch of salt and if your interested then look into it with proper published journals to back up what's said. It's not proper science, but I admire the chaps' supposed empirical approach.
If anyone wants me to remove the links feel free to contact me, just trying to help those who've asked for it.
Thanks but neither link work for me.
Thank you for trying though.
links work for me
Got it. Cheers mate
