I have Q Rings 52/39t on my roadbike, it makes sense to put a ring on my mtb. Im not sure which one to get.
its a 1x10 setup with a XT 770 chainset. Currently using a 34t e.thirteen ring.
so which Q ring do I need?

I'm using one of these on my mtb, it says single speed but I'm running it 1x9 and I know it will also work 1x10.
