Broken arm means no riding. Last two times ive been injured ive said i should get a turbo this time im actually (probably) going to.
I know nothing about turbos at all really. Im going to be using it with mtb ht. I just want to be able to sit and spin and get the legs going ready for when the arms grown back. Preferably with the min of hassle. And cost. And noise...
Please enlighten me.
electro magnectic ones are smooth and quiet
i got a cheap exercise bike from argos when i was off ,did and still does the job , as i cant always get out. can be boring, but i ride mine in the kiching and watch tv or put the radio on for a while.never used a turbo.

If you can't lean on the bars its a bit of a pain but better than nothing.
