I've been running Stan's sealant in Nobby Nic USTs and the NNs are wearing surprisingly well. The sealant's been in there about four months. Will it still be effective and how often do you change yours?

I never change it - just top it up every 3 or 4 months

I had some in for 8 months with no probs. Mind you, I probably only ride about once a week
