I'm trying to rebuild my Hope tech v2 evo calipers with new seals and pistons. I bought the hope piston cap tool to remove the piston cap (unsuprisingly), only problem is the tool is too large a diameter to fit in the piston cap. It's about 1mmto 2mm to big and doesn't engage the splines.
Anyone know if there's different versions of the V2 caliper, and therefore different size piston tools? The caliper is just marked 'V2', and the tool is marked 'V2/mono trial'
any help much appreciated
