thinking of geting a ready made hope set for light trail duties, any body got any experience of them, what did you think say compared to mavic crossrides my crossrides have done 5000 miles and are still true, but my i miss the noise of my old hopes

Bearings haven't been as durable as the ones in my old Hope XC hubs. And they're bloody loud - if it's noise you want you won't be disappointed!

Mine are still going strong, loudness has eased off some but not a lot.
