While we're on the subject of homemade products (from the light thread) here's a pic of my newly fitted 6/4 titanium bashgaurd I've made.
I have 32t, 36t & 38t ready depending on my mood! (it seemed a bit wasteful "just" to make 1off! 😉

The front mech is a bit high. Im waiting on a new 36t ring to arrive, and will then adjust the mech.
