Does anyone have any suggestions for a bit of a winter sun plus a bit of biking holiday destination?
I'm utterly fed up of the endless mud and freezing rain and the missus is hacked off too.
Looking for somewhere not too commericalised for the holiday with a side chance of me nicking off for a day or two biking in the dry and warm.
Any ideas?

There's plenty of places in the Canaries that should fit the bill
Eg Las Galletas in Tenerife
