So I've had this great lock for my bikes for yonks

Has a barrel lock which has gone weird and I can't get me bikes off!!
When I turn the key, parts A,B & C all turn. But feels graunchy and won't pop out.
Is A supposed to stay still? Would there be a spring inside which is supposed to push the barrel out? (just edited to make more sense)

I assume the only bit that should turn is C - otherwise there would be no point in there being a cut out in B.
So, either break out the angle grinder, or stop it rotating - small chisel wedged inbetween A and the outer tube?
Sounds like the barrel has come loose in the housing, try and hold A/B(wedge a screwdriver) whilst inserting the key and unlocking.
You'd need to get the whole thing redrilled and pinned properly to stop it happening again which will be a ball ache, and I guess expensive. I used to work for Fortress Interlocks years ago and their interlocks were similar.
Cheers for the help chaps. Looks like A, B and C all come out. Much lubing and wiggling key they have all come out together about 2mm proud of the outer part. Its actually impossible to keep A still while turning the key.
I'll leave the lube to work overnight and fingers crossed I won't have to get a locksmith out to free my bikes!
(I blame the builders doing all their sawing and grinding in my garage!)
Ave it with the grinder..... It's obviously knackered so make it pay. Buying a new lock will be cheaper than a bespoke fix.
Just don't slip with the grinder or there will be tears ๐ฟ
Edit: Or maybe not.... you have more patience than me my good man ๐ณ
I haven't got a grinder but I wouldn't fancy my chances much - the thing was designed to be tamper proof. Removing the garage wall was supposed to be the only way to get to the bikes!
Tamperproof yes serious attack not a chance.
How do think they cut the tube to make them?
Angle grinder would cut it into little pieces very easily.
Grinder will go through that very quickly indeed... prepare to be worried about the security of your locks if you've not used one before...
