I was in a hit and run this week. Driver intentionally hit me and then drove off and the adrenaline meant I didn't remember the full number plate so no joy with the police.
I've been meaning to get a helmet camera for commuting for a long time now and my wife suggested I get one for christmas. I borrowed a GoPro Hero5 from work for a few tests earlier this year but it's really ungainly and looks stupid stuck on top of the helmet.
Any recommendations for a good quality helmet camera that is low profile (i.e. not the go-pro shape but more of a bullet or cylindrical shape) that I can fit to the side of my helmet?
At this time of year it will need to be reasonable in lower light conditions (although I have two very bright lights on the bike to help that a bit).
Thanks

I use an OLFI.
ION is what i use a cylinder cameras, fixed to handlebars waterproof and long run time about 2 hours plus.

I've got a GoPro session 5 which is nice and small, but I've been very disappointed by the battery life; I get about 1 1/2 hours at 1080 @ 30 FPS (which covers about 50% of a ride). When it needs replacing I'll be looking for something with much better run times.
Thanks everyone. I'll take a look at ION and see if they're what I'm after.
