I returned a jacket to them last week that I've had for a year or so, no receipt, where the taping had started to come off after a few washes (as per instructions).
Just took a call from Ann in returns to say their sending me a brand new jacket out in the post this evening.
Can't complain at that.

I bought some of their pro 3/4 bibs.... used them on Lejog..
the stitching round the chamois rubbed a hole on my arse cheek..
so sent them back direct to endura to provide feedback... nothing rude or snotty - just information
turns out the pair I bought had the wrong type of stitching and the wrong type of thread..
they sent me a new pair with correct stitching and thread - these are very nice to wear now and no rubbing
not top marks for QC, but top marks for sorting the issue out once identified
