anyone know if there are any bike bus type things, or companies that transport you there with your bike?
planning the cycle the isles next spring and need transport from Ullapool to Inverness.
I think there was a bus that did it but they might have packed it in a year or so ago. I may be wrong. I'll find out in the next few hours from someone that get's asked this question and let you know what the score is.

Tony - I work for a company that does bike transfer round the Highlands. If the other options don't work out, let me know. We also receive bikes by courier and build them ready for you to pick up and post them back to folks after their rides. Takes all the hassle if transport by train away - especially for groups doing things like LeJog.
