I love my brooks saddles and thudbusters and on a new build I need to get the saddle (b17) a little further back than the short rails will allow .
Brooks are known for this issue and I'm reluctant to choose a different saddle or do away with the sus post so I was hoping the STW hive mind could come up with a solution.
I can't find a suitable adaptor and the only thing I can think of is using a Rinsten spring and somehow stop it moving ...just let the thudbuster do that.
It's perhaps a silly idea but the frame is XL already and I'm not keen on having a longer stem to increase the reach .
Any ideas, gadgets etc welcomed. If I don't find a solution I'd also appreciate recommendation for a cheapish STW approved saddle with long rails....charge spoon?
Cheers

I've one of these in the shed..

https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/saddles/vk-saddle-adjuster/?geoc=XX

does what you ask - I had it on a bike with a weeride to give me more space. Adds a bit to stack height, and probably a bit of directional load on the seatpost, but you might be fine with all that

Happy to sell it on - I don't use it any more - hughlunnon@yahoo.com

Thanks for the offer but I've seen that already and it's only suitable for single bolt posts and the thudbuster has a twin bolt setup.
