right tell me your setup:
PSI and your weight
rebound - number of clicks from +
compression - number of clicks from +
can get the to feel plush - i know after 2 rides stiction will be playing apart but they feel hard even tho the sag is right 🙁
in my experience, though i rarely hear others say it, the Fox air forks do take a time to bed in. i also think the PSI settings fox give can be a little out. Fox forks can also be dry from new, so try a basic leg service and adding fresh oil.
HTH
done the oil si - will see how they are after the weekend and take it from there

Gee, I had pretty much the same problem for the first 3-4 rides, just couldn't get them to feel right. Added 5 psi, dropped 5, etc, etc.
They seem okay now that I've stopped dicking about with them, maybe it just takes time...
It took a bit for me to get a setup I was happy with, the 08 140mm on my Cotic seemed to take a lot longer to bed in than the 09 150mm on my 5, although the setup is almost the same on both in the end.
Both are run at 85psi, with between 2 and 5 clicks of compression depending on terrain.
Rebound I tend to do by feel, but there only seem to be 2 settings one click appart that feel right, one slightly faster, one slower.
I'm just the right side of 14 1/2 stone.
Have to say all my Fox forks (got two set of 32's) are amazing and they were plush from new. I do look after them though.
Turn the bike upside down over night then try them.
