MegaSack DRAW - This year's winner is user - rgwb
We will be in touch
I have been on a ride today about 25 miles or so, about half way round I was testing the rear shock (by standing at the side of the bike and pushing down on the seat) I noticed that the first 10mm goes down quite easy (about right when sagged) with a bit of a clunk (I must say it is not a big clunk but it is there). The rest of the shock works perfectly with good pressure and I am unsure why it is suddenly doing this.
I have the bike for around 6 months and it has only done about 400miles or so (I is not my main bike so the mileage it low)
I am going to take it back to the shop to see that they say it is still under warranty.
Please can any one shed any light on it?
Someone else about two weeks back had this problem
Go onto MOJO web site there is a online form
fill out the questionaire print it and supply any further info
and send off with a copy of your reciept and the rear shock.
You should recieve the shock in about two days time.
cheers grantway.
I am going to take it to the shop tomorrow any way, so i will see how it goes.
No probs mate
Dont blame you, you do get a two year guarantee with the fox stuff
But! you must do a yearly service with them.

Cheers.
I have just been in contact with the shop and they have been in contact with mojo.
mojo are saying that it is a feature of the shock, and it is nothing to worry about. I have told the shop that it wasnt doing this when i got the bike and there is somthing not right.
We have found out it only does this when the shok is pummped up to 240psi, it only starts to become apperent when the presure is over 200psi.
What presure are you running? and do you get the samething if it is over 200psi?
i think they are trying to fob me off... I have told the shop to send it to mojo to get them to have a look at it, i will be having words.
Does anyone have any contacts details of mojo (of a good engineers there) or do you work there?
nearly all my mates with full sus bikes ride fox shox and never have had this problem...
