Don't get too carried away on the newly 'improved' Millers lane desent because some tool has dumped a massive pile of what looks to be asbestos roofing and general crap about 50m from the road at the top virtually blocking the whole lane. I've informed the parks management so hopefully it'll get dealt with.

Report to council as well, if it's over a transit can size load let the EA know too.
And don't go anywhere near it obviously.
