It has been a long 4+ weeks of no mountain trail riding, but almost all of the trails finally opened again this week as we are finally getting a delayed monsoon season here in New Mexico. Most of the major forest fires are out or contained as well.
Probably hard to imagine in the UK, but we have had only 2.4 inches of rain all year (most of it in the last 10 days) and that's about 3.5 inches below normal.
