[Closed] diffusing the DX Bastid light?

I put a piece of opaque plastic bag over the lens. (unscrewed the crown, put it over the lens then screwed the crown back on)

Probably a major fire hazard but seems ok !

i have one of the ebay jobbies - works a treat

magic tape / scotch tape. just stick it on the inside of the glass to make it opaque

Does anyone know if that ebay diffuser will fit the T6 XML Bastid?

NW, measure your lens, see if it is 39mm as it states it will fit all 39mm lenses.

Are they all the same depth for hte bastids? I've got 2 39mm lenses here but they don't both fit in the light, one is much deeper than the other.

I've popped one of those on the T6 XML, fits fine and does help widen the spot fairly well. Only tricky bit is getting it perfectly straight when tightening everything up 🙂
