Do the vouchers really take that long to come through?
2 days after receiving the check from my company, the voucher came through.
Got my new bike today.
Me too, 'approved' on the 6th and can't wait a full 4-wks. Hooow looooong can it take?
Mine took about 10 days and it was well worth the wait !
they won't send the voucher until your employer has paid them(and then, I understand, they take ages to pay the bike shop).
They will usually send the voucher to your employer within a day or so of payment.
mine took about 4 weeks as my work don't like paying anyone 😉

Aah, okay. So given that I've now had an email saying that the employer had countersigned the agreement is significant progress... 8)
...still no sign...how much longer? 🙁
Have had to chase mine too, 4 weeks and counting. Got the LBS chasing me to see when I'll collect the bike!
Fortunately the LBS are reasonably relaxed, apparently there's an invoice sitting with my employer.
