Anything I can try apart from keep tightening it?

Dunno, loctite? I've had various Crossmax's and never had this issue. I've not a delicate rider either.

If i remember correctly, when trueing these you use to set up the wheel then place a small blob of loctite on them.
They have an anti rotation plastic part between the spoke and the adjuster
(part of the assembly) which squashes out when you first fit a replacement spoke etc...
