Just a wee query as I can;t get through to the bods at CRC.
If I order a Hope Vision 1 light yesterday at 16.48pm with Special Delivery before 1pm next day service, should I have received this today before 1pm, or should I expect it tomorrow morning?

I believed you can pay up till 8pm to receive next day.. I maybe wrong - sounds like royal mail have messed up = you get your postage cash back.

Any orders received after 3pm GMT or during the weekend will be dispatched the following working day. [/i]
We are very busy at the moment, it should be shipped today but i'd hate for you to not get it in time email me your order number and i'll check it out.

Shame Merlin aren't as helpful, they missed an item off my order and don't exactly seem to be that bothered. Another night ride cancelled tonight 'cos it still aint arrived. This was my first order with them and I wouldn't use 'em again if they weren't so cheap but guess I now know why they're cheap. ****

They've missed stuff twice from my orders (I do order quite a bit from them , so it's not too bad a ratio) and have sent out the missing items straightaway, no bother.
CRC have also swapped stuff (wrong size etc) PDQ, so no complaints there either.
Must be just my bad luck, never had any problems with CRC, Wiggle etc and have made over 50 orders in the last 12 months. Sh*t happens sometimes I know. Got to say though I wasnt too impressed with the cust service each time I've rung Merlin to chase, the guy didnt seem bothered at all. ho hum
