This might be simple but which cleats should I order for the above pedal and shoe combo?
Bought the pedals a while ago and stuck the cleats that came with them on another pair of shoes{which I will still be using for commuter duties}

Either SH51 or SH56 depending on your personal preference. I run the SH51 single release as I like to be in securely but if I was being "rad" I would run SH56 multi release.

if you want multi-release, I've got some you can have for nowt
but I wouldn't recommend them ❗
