Can somebody please have a look at your rear x01 derraileur and see if there is a washer between it and the hanger. It should be obvious as the washer, if indeed it goes there is quite bigger. It's doing my head in. Many thanks.

I've not got one of these bikes but I've never heard of this before, doesn't sound right to me, I'm positive the mech should sit flush with the hanger.
