So, if I was to reduce my fork travel by 20mm (On a HT), what change 'should' I make to the stem/bar arrangement to keep everything sweet?
Or is it such a small change not worth worrying about?

not knowing you or your bike or your set-up it's impossible to say..

Higher rise bar.
Higher rise stem.
Lower profile tyre.
None of this will corect the change to frame/fork geometry though, just your riding position.

I've got a TALAS on my DMR,
140mm feels perfectly balanced.
120mm feels wrong.
100mm feels wronger,
even when climbing.

just your riding position.
That's kinda what I was after. Want to isolate the change so any affect would be purely the geometry change.
So, if I'm running 0deg 70mm stem, would 5deg rise suffice? And would it need to be any longer?
