On my prophet i have nowhere for a bottle cage to go. In a few weeks i am riding 24/12 and will obviously need to drink! I want to carry at most 1L of water.
Any suggestions of small hydration packs or other methods?

the small camelbak 1.5L are a handy size but a right PITA as they move around loads.

You can get bottle cage bolts that will fit on the frame or more practicaly (if it's dry!) on the seatpost so you can fit a bottle cage there - I've done it in the past and it worked fine.

How long will your laps be? Do you actually need any if you are doing single laps at under an hour?

Bottle cage on the seatpost or bottle in your jacket pocket

I don't carry water if I expect to be out for about an hour. I might go to 1.25hrs, but no more.

depends on heat i suppose. Not got a jersey with pockets ๐Ÿ˜ณ and it would be more expensive to buy new jerseys than a bottle cage or even a camelbak hydrobak
