Planning to do the C2C in the summer, going to do the sustrans route (inc the off road bit's) on my CX, camping/bivi along the way, I have the official sustrans map but there is a nagging voice in my head saying I should also have the os maps as well (just in case). My problem is I have not got all 8 or however many you need and I dont really want to carry them all. Has anyone printed off the route that they can ahem... lend me? Obviously I would cover postage etc
it is well signed as well - sustrans map is fine.
if you want a print map look up on of the many gps plots and print from there
with sustrans maps my just in case is the opposite to an OS scale map -a laminated page or 2 out of a road map book - just in case i lose the sustrans map or i wander off the sustrans map and need to find right direction to get back on it (road only options) - sorry can't help with your actual request
I'd never thought of the road map ... daft really since most of it is on the road. Good idea that...would limit the os type maps I need to the couple of off road bits.
