I really want an adventure/touring bike but stuck what to do with these two. The Boardman is better value but the Voodoo is specifically an adventure bike, could the boardman be used as an adventure bike?
According to the details, there's 0.5 of a degree difference in angles and everything else looks very similar. The Voodoo though has "Eye-popping reflective camo paintwork" - is that what makes it an adventure bike?
The straight down tube on the Boardman looks better IMO
Possibly, I have no idea lol. What would the straight downtube offer, more rigid?
I have zero knowledge of either but I personally find the voodoo a little bit on the gopping side. It's about the visuals over function isn't it?
I use a Boardman cx team for just about everything:) carrying stuff for camping and commuting mud clearance is a little tight with 35 tyres
