Hello i have just had a thought and wanted to know if it would be a good idea for the police to realise the photo of anyone they catch and is proven to be a bike thief ,last week i discovered a listing in ebay about a bike stolen and the criminal has now been given 6 months ...
The Guy's name is Raymond Smi*h of % Jurby Court Padagte Warrington. He got 16 months. He has had 137 previous convictions of which 85 were for burgulary the majority of which were cycle thefts.
