Hey All,
Currently running TrainerRoad on indoor smart Turbo using iPhone alongside a Garmin dual HRM chest strap and Wahoo cadence sensor on crank.
Outdoors using Apple Watch / Strava but missing out on TrainerRoad plans. Basically I want to run my TrainerRoad plans or watch or computer and have some kind or alert / beep / vibrate if I hit my max HR to tell me to ease off. I know it shouldn’t happen with zones but if I hit 2 or 3 awesome features / sharp Rocky ups I can hit and if I don’t stop I feel the burn after.
Any tips?
