Can anyone recommend some decent baggy trail shorts for my 12 year old son, preferably to be had for a good price?
Might be good to have a removeable liner, but not essential.
Thanks.

Dakine and Sombrio are the current favourites of the mini Oddies. Bought when on offer. Leisure lakes for Dakine stuff.

I got my son the Madison Zen Youth shorts. Very good quality and would recommend them.

Another vote for the Zen, my 10 year old just got a pair for his birthday. Also got a pair of the liner shirts for about 13 quid. Both a good fit and he's well pleased. Singletrack bikes had best price I found, had to order them in but comms were good

Got my 8 and 12 yr old the endura ones recently and they really like them. Come with padded liners and seem to be really well made. Did get them with the NHS discount Endura did but would buy them again without.

Thanks for the input - have managed to pick up some Polaris Terra shorts for £25 from an ebay bike shop.
Cheers.

ShredXS do kid sized shorts, my eldest (11) has their trail shorts and they're pretty pimp actually. Tough as nails, removable hip padding, good adjustment.
